Individual trips:
up to 4 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge
3 days before arrival until the day of arrival 100% of the overnight stay
In the event of a Covid disease (with confirmation) free cancellation possible up to 1 day before arrival.
Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.

Group trips from 18 people:
up to 7 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge
From 6 days to the day of arrival 100% of the overnight stay
In the event of a Covid disease (with confirmation) free cancellation possible up to 1 day before arrival.

Data protection
